"This is an awesome branch at State Farm in Carthage TX. Sally is especially helpful always willing to give you information with a sweet demeanor. They are so good if I do have an accident, no problems. She is very informative. I’ve probably been with y’all for over 20 yrs here in TX and about 20 yrs in AZ. But this branch is the best. Everyone friendly and helpful when I would go into the office, when I lived in Carthage. I was very happy with them that when I moved to Longview I wanted to stay with this office. Thanks you so very much for you time and service ❤️ 8-23-24 just wanted to do another review for Patsy Mack State from in Carthage TX. But wasn’t finding a way to write a new one on Google so I am adding to this one. This office is so great they are always willing to help even us who are technically not inclined. Like writing a review. They alert me when they see things pop up on insurance. Never had a problem when If I needed to do a claim. As you see I have been with them for many years as well as my parents. We stick with a company who has great customer service and look out for their customers. Never rushed off the phone even if it take a while. I am proud to have them as my insurance. Patsy is great!. Lady that answer the phones are very nice too. Always have a good experience anytime I call or need anything. 😃"

"We have been with State Farm (patsy meek) for over 25yrs we have always been giving excellent advice on our insurance we had a house that burned about 15 yrs ago and they went over and beyound to help our family that’s when they became not just business associates but family to us I love knowing that they have my back always if you need insurance give them a try you will not be disappointed"
